Timeless

Time has no boundary here
In between worlds, it transforms as I am

Some days I see it run;
There I stand still, awake
Perched on the mountain swaying

Other days I see it crawl;
Whispering to me in secrecy
I begin my descent through the void

Backwards the clock turns;
Allowing me to sleep in contemplation
Swirling all the pieces into a dream

Time sometimes grows rigid;
Anxiously awaiting my arrival
The keys dangling in my face

Many times I have seen it slip;
Beguiled by the foolery that is hidden
I find joy within the small miracles

Lesser times it skips a beat;
Momentary lapses of memory come
Forgetting where I left my vessel

Then time heals the disconnection;
And I, once again, step into the clearing
Strengthened by the flames

"Backwards the clock turns; Allowing me to sleep in contemplation Swirling all the pieces into a dream"- That is beautiful. Reminds me of... me. Thanks for your comments on my poetry!
