Time Will Let Us Know
Pre-devastating paths we're walking.
Full of sorrow eyes are talking.
Here tomorrow death is stalking.
Worse than winter see us shaking.
Cries that echo minds now hating.
Broken promises hearts are breaking.
Time's a healer if you let it heal.
Motivations' power life is real.
Desired changes strength is will.
Depth of passion restless dancing.
Sense of freedom second glances.
Heavens door no more chances.
This destination is not final.
Hear us cry and see us smile.
The vanquished will take the title.
Born in chorus of youthful song.
What holds us back from moving on.
Will quickly stop and soon be gone.
Quaking ground of which we step on.
Swallowed footprints yet we press on.
One step closer to our end lot.
Do not hate only lose respect.
Trust no words from those who pretend.
We're defined by our actions and not what's said.
