Time To Pretend
Out of one minuscule dot came Earth and so much more
The dot became extremely hot because of a rotating core
Even today it's still expanding and faster than ever before
Scientist all grandstanding except that it's God they ignore
How'd the dot get so hot, maybe you should ask Dr. Seuss
All the theories they trot, what their simple minds produce
One after another chiming in, saying that you're of an ape
Now that, that's just a sin as that it's God's Face they drape
A lot of stuff out there from something so infinitely small
I don't know how they dare when it takes so much gall
Explaining everything away with an oink oink here and
The whole time they betray the One who made it grand
So you can take your theory, placing it where it belongs
For that doesn't make one teary and breakout in songs
How could they forget God when He was the Creator
So some things seem odd and on others their not sure
Genesis 1:1
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
