Even if your title is 'Big Bad Boss'
Now is the time to let your hair down
'Tis the season to paint the town ...
Now's not the time, Boss, to deny requests
Though that can be a very hard test
Now is the time in your team to invest ~
"All your vacation requests I hereby bless"
