Time To Go To Church

Family I know has a boy about ten
A true story of what happened to them

Twas the Christmas season, shopping downtown
A store full of people running around

Decorations in the department store
A nativity scene on the main floor

The ten year old stopped and gave it a stare
Then he said, “Mom and Dad, Look over there”

“There’s a box with baby Santa in it?”
People over heard him giggled a bit

For just the right words to say, Dad did search
Then said, “It’s time we start going to church”

I hope the parents got that boy straightened out. This is a very interesting set of couplets that collectively tell a nice story. Congratulations on your win.
