Time has no Reflection

The mirror answers
every gesture I offer—
left becoming right,
space delights in symmetry
returning all that I bring.

Memory echoes
every footstep left behind
tracing every path—
time appears to hold a glass
to both what's past and ahead

No mirror this time,
entropy shattered the glass—
slivers point forward
each becomes a closing door,
with time on entropy's knees.
