Time

Turn off the tV and the radio
Off with the I phone the tweeting rodeo

Don't look to social media for news
The talking heads haven't a clue

Sit in silence with your thoughts
Mediate forget it naught

Take a walk into the woods
Remember your youth if only we could

Walk on the seashore listen to the wave
It provides the solace we crave

Help someone who needs
Avoid those who's purpose is greed

Forgive those who garner your hate
Harder on you and its getting late

Think of those who have given you love
Its the greatest gift from somewhere above

Laugh and smile and think every day
Read and write worth more than pay

You are but a speck of time
Wasting it is the greatest of crime
