Time

Time takes it time in the beginning
But in the end there's always time
Just when we discover it's meaning
Our lives tend to pass us by

The stars will keep on burning
How long only time can tell
We all continue learning
The test of time we all will fail

We search here and in the cosmos
For answers to questions why
Searching for time that cause most
The reasons why we all die

We traveled across the seas
Took voyages down deepest depths
Time echoes our vacant pleas
Sound traverses till nothing's left

We search the Earth to the center
In time we took to the skies
The Earth swallows all who've entered
Our mind's a timeless prize

We can live life in a bottle
Whilst time flows down hourglass
Or live like there's no tomorrow
That day shall too soon pass
