Time
Whether you know it or not time does fly.
It starts at the cradle
To this I can testify.
Time is so short that before you know it it's
Time to say goodbye.
Life is no fable.
Whether you know it or not time does fly.
Oh! Look children a beautiful butterfly
Has landed on that cable.
To this I can testify
Life is so wry.
No wonder I laugh as my children feed the
Dog unwanted food under the table.
Whether you know it or not time does fly.
I don't need to justify
Why I am lighting a candle.
To this I can testify
I live life so it will verify
That I did all I was able
Because whether you know it or not time
Does fly
To this I can testify.
