Till the Day You Call

All of my tears,
Forever will fall.
Because of my love,
Who never said it all.

I understand that I am not perfect,
But Lord, I try so hard to be.
I love him so,
Why don't he see?

   I waited for years
just to hear his voice again,
Now that I have,
I want him hand in hand.

   His touch was always tender,
His smile oh, so sweet.
His words of love,
Made me weak to my knees.

   Now I don't have that,
Though I wish that I did,
Oh Lord, what I'd give
just to hear him say I love you once again.
Oh what I'd give
to have him here to hold me tight,
Even if it be only for one more short night.

   My love,
I will set you free,
For I now know,
You don't want to be with me.

   All of my tears
Will forever fall,
Till the day I hear,
My name you call.
