Tidal Locomotion

A promotion!?!
Love is the top emotion,
That puts all good things in motion.
Let me just make this one simple notion,
That true love is at the heart of the ocean.
That is, tidal locomotion brings no commotion,
Just loving some emotion with simple devotion.
Yield lustful promotions as ones demotion...
Is finding true love with a potion.
Go back to the ocean!
