Thunder
A Crack in the sky
Sounding hard;
Allowing drops of rain
After it's manifestation afar;
Have you reached the solemn pain
That instills in one's eardrums;
Getting saved from this cruelty
One finds great rest after it's quickness;
Still fun lasts for kids
Unknowingly neglecting fear because of one's age;
Days have gone by, knowingly or unknowingly
For oneself to mind to one's duty;
Growing up one forgets to remember
Days when it rained or nights that were thunderstruck;
For the pain of life too
Removes the fear of this subtle death...
