Through Paradise

A BLEEDING HEART AND A TORMENTED SOUL WALKED ME TO BED-
WHERE I SLEPT IN SADNESS’ SHELL.
AND IN SUCH SOMNOLENCE,
I STROLLED IN INNOCENCE-
FEVERED HOT, I CROSSED THE GATES OF PARADISE
SEARCHING FOR THE REPLENDISHER SO NICE-
WHERE I WEPT IN CHRIST’S ARMS-
‘’HELP ME LORD FROM THESE HARMS
A LOVER’S BETRAYAL,
ANOTHER’S HEART BREAKS-SEVERAL-
WHAT DO I DO THAN WEEP FOR HELP.’’

We are having our first laying snowfall this morning in Springfield,Ohio. December 1,2010 what a way to enter this month. It is absolutely beautiful and finds me in good spirits. I have enjoyed reading your poetry this morning Gerald. Looking forward to reading more. Have a wonderful day. Love, Carol
