Three Thoughts By Kuldip Medhi

1.

Autumn is in the air
The naked trees gaze up at the sky
As evening descends
Like a deep sigh.

2.

Midnight's station
The trains bid a tearful farewell.

3.

The storm has blown away
A single autumn leaf
Still hangs on.
