When a memory is looped ....It plays forever!

Somewhere in the silence Of what might have been A memory walks to the Jukebox 'Drops a quarter in...... That old song was just waiting For her sweet embrace.... But the edge of forever Cuts deep down my face Where hurt meets the dance floor That waltz, we loved... flows As hell has an encore And heaven is closed Reliving the dying Of all we once had I'll be dancing forever To three quarter sad Never forever And three quarter sad....... Somewhere in the silence Of what might have been A memory walks to the jukebox 'Drops a quarter in......... Protected by copyright And Three Quarter Sad

Wow! A joy to read. This part is so pronouncedly great! "Where hurt meets the dance floor That waltz, we loved... flows As hell has an encore And heaven is closed"

This is splendidly done, Chuck..so many lines of depth and meaning like: Somewhere in the silence Of what might have been.. and..But the edge of forever Cuts deep down my face. Your songs are always written well..hoping some day you will put this to music.
