Thoughts
when you lay it all down
put it on paper for all to see
when you analyze the words
and still can’t find meaning
when you can’t understand
what you wrote down
it could be in hieroglyphics
thoughts confounded
the truth is there
just not plain to see
hiding behind dotted i’s
and crossed t’s
keep reading, keep writing
it will all become clear
as your thoughts tumble out
filling each sheet of paper
