Thoughts
All we are is a product of all that we have thought
Those words resonate in my mind
To think, I'm largely responsible for the world I see
Brings awareness; what I think, is what I find
If I'm negative
Negativity is what I bring
If Im positive
I might miss seeing the truth about reality
So what should I think?
How do I define?
Is life just my perspective?
Perhaps wisdom comes with time?
I believe awareness is the first step
Let the internal narrative flow with ease
Clarify and evaluate
Relax, watch the words float by on a breeze
Don't judge the words
Breathe deep and let them go
It's not people or things that are our problem
It's what we tell ourselves in the flow
What we are is what we think
We don't do what we know, we do what we believe
Learn to discern your thoughts
Awareness sets us free
