Those Words of a Poem I Loved Once

Silly words, broken sound Mended colors with a pattern found Touched my tears for a pretty poem lost on the ground Wished for a day that is never done But the deep water of the river was on the run Touched the shadow of the sun; time and tide wait for none I closed my eyes to utter those words of a poem I loved once, long time back With a thousand words in head to lead me far away from a single-minded track!
