Those Invisible Traces

And so I cleaned my phone's gallery
Every photo of you erased from its memory
I burned all printed 3R's,
Love letters hidden in cute jars
Movie tickets pressed tightly in my wallet
What else? Hmmm... Wait.
Everything that reminds me of you
Has been removed, all traces of you,
But I forgot that no matter what I do
Your memories will forever haunt me
That there is still something here
That I cannot remove nor erase,
Not now or maybe not later
A lot more remain-- a lot of invisible traces.

Indeed, some are like ghosts that keep on haunting you for the rest of your life.

No matter what we do, traces will always remind us of the past.
