Those Hands

Naive eyes never blinked as you revved that bike those hands—manly, big, weathered and rough my starkness and awe knew no restraint just cup my face once— that would be enough So slightly thick between phalanges knuckles jutting out like mountains imagining deep ravines in the palms sprouted in me—a salvo of ravenous fountains Big yes, later,I knew—mine were lost like a speck somewhere in their warm raw expanse oh, the fever they generated and then the salve kindled numerous nights of romance Raging ripples of hunger, volcanoes aching to erupt at the slightest brush of those long fingers more!my famished self blatantly desired they teasingly obliged my insatiable whispers Years down, my shoulders still crackle and shiver as they warm me in frigid movie theaters sexy like ever as you hold them out like a canvas for me to test lipstick and makeup shades.
