Thosand Watt Smile

At head of a firm`s protocol
A differently able soul,
I have known for many a year,
Executes her job without fear.

Hunchbacked, she wears a welcome grace
A thousand watts smile lights her face;
No dimmer switch can blur her gleam,
A waking, smiling joyful dream.

Her smiles brighten the dreary days,
Chase from the blues, grey clouds away.
A warmth that spills from heart to eye,
Beneath the vast infinite sky.

The poem's flow is seamless, and the use of metaphors gives depth to the portrayal of a smile. It's a delight to read; congratulations on your contest win, Krish.

Differently abled ones are often sources of inspiration to many. Despite their disabilities, they keep an amazing attitude to life and wear a beautiful smile making others wonder. A lovely poem. Congratulations on your first place win.

"No dimmer switch can blur her gleam, A waking, smiling joyful dream." I have seen many differently able children wearing a thousand watts smile. They radiate their smile miles on end.
