Thorns
They say that every rose has its thorns.
But everything has it's beauty.
The thorns may hurt,
But they too deserve a chance.
I would miss
The fights I get in,
The drama,
The heartbreak.
I would miss emotion.
I would miss sadness,
For if that didn't exist,
Neither would happiness.
The thorns are the beauty of the rose.
The thorns are part of the beauty of life.
