This world is backwards
Yes insanity is real
Desensitized from birth
But I can still feel.
You can see with your eyes
But I see with my heart
You tell me to finish
But never allow me to start
You tell me I'm wrong
When I know that I'm right
You tell me to bow
I'd rather fight
When will you realize
That I refuse to conform
March to your drums
And I'll dance to my horn
Call me an outlaw
Come hunt me down
I'll break all your laws
I'll terrorize your town
No, I'm not sorry
I do with intent
I say what I mean
I go where I went
It's my life so I live it
I take the good with the bad
I choose to ignore you
You can choose to be mad
Trapped in this body
While I'm told that I should try
I look around
And ask myself why
So I look forward
Being blessed with death
I'm tired of life
I just want to rest.
