This World

I'd offer this world if worlds I could hold Build you a fortress with immortal gold rid the sun of power and age orbit the stars around you, engage opposite poles gravitie's might to float on a cloud of endless delight tame the lion beast of field bow him before your knees, he would yield as your protector of heart and of smile walking beside your every mile I'd chart 7 oceans and gather to one a island of plenty to bask in the sun where berries so sweet grow forth everyday after a meal the eagles would play I'd dress them as generals four stars on they're chest and after a laugh you'd lay for a rest Robins would carry you without a sound to squirrels that burry your dreams in the ground planting the seed stretching, a vine breaking the earth with fruit of your mind and under the shade I'd fashion a ring from silvery fish born of the stream then humble my pride bough on my knee offer this world you've given to me
