This Summer My June

I feel like howling at the moon
Is this my summer? My June?
Will I see the sun tomorrow
Rise like a fiery snowball
Aimed at the sky above
Lights my eyes
Sets my thoughts on fire?
To think what this may bring
This summer;
Will I simmer?
Or will I boil overflowing
Without bounds
As I hear the sounds of the ocean
Abound with promise
This summer,
Where will I go; what shall I see?
Shall I shout out with glee?
As the alcohol flows
From my veins
Shall I hold the reins
To my summer?
This summer my June...
