This Ship Tableau

Once supremely placed,
This ship, now, lay razed;
It's pushed, pulled, storm-chased,
By weather, debased,
Rust, rot, and moss laced,
Stands, yet, greatness graced...!!!

Congratulations on your win, Chris! Even in the wreckage you have seen the essence of greatness. What a great lesson for all of us - to see beyond the wreckage of life and into the greatness that is sometimes hidden by wrinkles! Wonderfully done! Blessings of grace to you!

Hi Chris. There's such sadness in things that have been abandoned. I believe the word 'tableau' needs to be at the end of the poem's title. ;-)
