This Road

God, I can't walk this road alone,
My faith grows tired,
my heart turns cold.
My body aches for freedom
from this chain that's holding me down.
Lord, I give you my hands.
Lord, I give you my heart.
I give you this chain.
Lord, I give you my soul.
So I can be all that you made me too be.
