This Poem Might Get Me Killed
This poem may upset a few people
In a world of drama, pain and hate, how can I write something peaceful
I'm always honest with my feelings, never will I mislead you
Religion is the root of all evil
Hating another cause they have a different belief
Some can't see the bigger picture like their visions weak
So many different religions, all believing the same lies
How many gods do you think are living in the same sky?
I'd like to believe that someone is out there
But let me explain why there's doubt here
Kids get kidnapped, abused, raped and killed
Females get abused and raped, the hate is real
Murderers and rapists get a second chance when they chose to dance with Satan
But where's the justice for the life lost of that little 4 year old cancer patient?
If you believe in a god, then I hope you find one in the sky
We get judged based on tattoos and hoodies, but the real criminals wear suits and ties
Sit behind a desk, and make us a bunch of false promises
Presidents and politicians hold us all as hostages
We're left to suffer from the choices they make
Then they want us to be the voices they erase
Going to war killing a bunch of innocents
In hopes of killing the one or 2 extremists who locked people in a burning building
Then they tell kids to keep the violence to a minimum
see some sick twisted guy, run into a school and kill a bunch of learning children
He gets a 5 year sentence and then he'll get out
This whole world is a mess now
I'm sick to death of seeing the kardashians everywhere
Caitlyn Jenner just had a new sex change, she's now a Teddy bear
Kim's wearing a new dress, quick let's all make a big deal
The kardashians get more news coverage, than kids killed
I'd rather be locked in a cage with a tiger, than hear about tyga and Kylie Jenner
The news give the kardashians a headline and then its smiley center
Because it takes people's minds off real issues for the time being
They try and lock you in a bubble so you don't have your freedom
I tell the truth, but they don't want you to think like this
They won't want me to use the ink like this
But I'm only saying how I feel
I'll write a part 2 soon, unless this poem gets me killed
