This Poem Has Not Yet Been Saved

This poem has not yet been saved.
These daughters are far from depraved.
And all the elephants now live in caves
While you read a poem, unsaved.
Loose, rugged, and hot,
Then gone in an instant.
Like all our lurid lives
It survives, even as it dies.
