this one moment

senses
This moment
when the sun hits me
a blanket
it illuminates my book
the musty smell of it
filling my nose
comforting me
this perfect moment
the cool wind
licking my skin
cool but not cold
a dream but not
perfect but imperfect
soft but crisp
my mind there but yet
submerged
in the land of the dreamers
the land of the living
lost in the world
lost in my head
