This One Generation

This generation, who started with
the creation on TV the first and second world wars
and maybe world war three, with the likes of Hitler and so
many others. But really, as one, never came together.

This generation ended slavery, went to the moon,
created movies, medical cues and plastic things
that change everything. These things the world never
forgets, there will be a no end to it.

This generation that has created factory cars
moving the world forward like none has before. This world
generation came from the heart of humanity's very core.
When the last person of this generation has died, the
world will either have destroyed us or will be all full of love,
happiness and pride.

The road has been rough, and the scares have been deep,
but this generation refuses to accept defeat. Atom bombs
have been dropped, and wars still haven't stopped. Tomorrow
looks better then today; see the things people do and say.
But will this generation learn to live in peace or go back to
slavery?

When history talks about the things this generation has done,
it would prove to have been the most creative ever who has lived
under the sun. It will be beautiful, and it will be ugly too,
but, most of all, it will be about the true power of human
beings--the true power that lives in me and you.
