This Moment

The Dalai Lama says “the past is just in our memory and the future is just in our imagination, nothing more than a vision”


nothing is real
but the present
this very instant
where I can choose
my thoughts
or adjust them
this very moment
where I can take action
redirect my path
and even make dreams come true
