This life is all we have

This life is all we have

Life is light, it’s joy, it’s fun,
It’s a blessing
Still we aren’t happy and content;

Sun rises and we are still alive,
Isn’t this reason enough
to shun all your strife;

Cuckoos chirp and squirrels run,
Does that not arouse
in you all the pun and fun;

Lillies bloom and roses glow,
Shouldn’t it give you
all the life’s wanted flow;

As crisp leaves on walkways race,
Doesn’t it send you
a signal of warm embrace;

To winds’ whisper in the woods,
Why can’t you hear
melody of music in nooks;

Hey wake up you night owls,
You missed the most wondrous
moments,
the gifts of nature;

Now why the hot temper,
that harshness in your voice;
Why the giving up,
of all your desires that entice;
Why the neglect,
of family and dears, and at what price.

Come on…
Embrace your Godly parents,
their hearts pure as gold;
Siblings are your best moments,
giggles and wits most bold;
Friends that lend you warmth,
shook their legs, dearly behold;
All those who even touched a little,
for a reason, cosmos holds.

Cherish your fortune,
Take a pride,
Thank almighty God !
Let go all the ache
that tender heart ever had.

For the wheels of time
will take you afar,
No turning back
and you will be in the next avatar.
