This Life
Years of laughter Years of tears
Blended together to form this life
Many dreams were dreamt
Many desires yearned
Some fulfilled
Some blew away like dust
How the time slips away
Passing before the eyes
Soon memories will be all that remain
Some pleasant
Some heart-rending
They weave together to form this life
Life goes on through those touched by this life
Sweet memories of this life
