This Kind of Love

This is that real love. The kind you don't find just anywhere. This is that love that needs no words, Indescribable, endless, lasting way longer than fiery lust. This is that love that welcomes you home, Tucks you in with loyal affection, Bringing you breakfast, Black, cream, milk or sugar Tell me everything on your heart kind of love. This is that love that spills over until there's no want, Leaving no reason for jealousy, Completing you from the inside out kind of love. This is that love that takes your breath away But allows you to breathe. This love will be your handkerchief when you cry, That tight hug on your darkest days. This love will draw the sunshine in your smile. Your heart will beat to the rhythm of this love, Rejoicing all the while to feel wanted, needed, completed, Special, unique, and like only you belong here. Here, where you can shelter under my Real love. Chanté Walker November 8, 2024
