Notes About The Poem

This Is Soul Killing

The sadness was embraced with excitement.
Pulse that is filled with both thrill and sorrow.
The soul burns at a scarred wound to follow.
Flop could ruin their hopes of assignment.
We've all endured distress, even silent.
We witnessed the chagrin during the flow.

Should people be harmed intending to learn?
As pain teaches the best lessons in life,
life ends, but no one wants to be in grief.
It's fading; we're unfit to sate its dawn.
Today, we echo what said those who gone.
If the clarity can't tell, scholars grief.

Any fear that arises in our souls.
In fact, loving God is not awed by goals.

                                                  (Verse)
