This Is My Cross

I'm carrying
This is my cross
I'm bearing
For the loved One I'm sharing

This is the cross Jesus carried
When He died on that tree
We saw a little one called Mary
Who prayed under a tree

One day to be in Heaven
And reach those golden shores
There to dwell in glory
And be with Him forever more

Jesus is surely coming
And He's prepared a dwelling place
There we'll be in glory
For He took our place
