This is me now
I'm not the youth I used to be
I think that's got its worthwhile perks
though the mirror sometimes disagrees
With wisdom came a couple wrinkles and
a few dear friends who stood the test of time
I'm not the youth I used to be
I don't think I'd have the stamina to start it all again
it's taken all my energy to do the best I can
