This Is Love For Me

This is love for me
    
          Love is the distance between you and me
              Anxious waves anchor pain
                   At shores of soul's sea
 
          Chasing moments of union and lucid thoughts
               Swallowing bitter loneliness pills
                   Unseen future holds turbulent fate's toss
   
           Love is dream that your presence enriches
                 Beneath quiet hush of starry nights
                     Memories vibrate treading truss bridges

           It is scripting letters in drawer unsent
                   That I inked on thousand pages
                        As I wander to catch your lost scent

          Love is rainbow rising from yonder lands
                     From prism of your embrace's dew
                          Driving away melancholy by songbirds' band

          Love is the sole reason I am alive
                     Even though you are miles apart
                          Against time in your oceans my streams dive
