molecules in body become aligned aware

purification a process of mind 

equanimity the reachable finely tuned kind

keeping  balance is a high welfare

                pain and pleasure in equal measure 

                Faith  Patience and Love together 

               Sun needs Rocket and Launchpad 

               Most High is Ascension and Grounded
