So much to admire about this piece that could not be more relevant in today's fast paced world. You made it even more so by your clever use of words that focus the mind of the reader to its importance. Also you judged the length of this piece so well. Something that can make or break a poem. Excellent read! For sure, writing is therapy...it is also beautiful, honest expression -- which transcends any doubts when it comes our transformative reasons for existing.
