Recently read an excellent essay on suicide, we the only animal to engage in self destruction; what intriguing animals we are. I've read a few may be suicide notes on this site, they are always unnerving. Your wisdom a wonderful surprise.

Thinking of suicide does not mean you have to die. Thoughts of suicide are trying to tell you something needs to die within you...You don't need to die. You must voice these thoughts aloud. Caught up in our own emotions, with theMaster of lies whispering in our ear, we get these two lines of reason confused.
