Thinker
Are you a thinker
I say so
Some may disagree
Just let them be
Your thoughts swirl around
Looking for ground
Looking for solutions
That are there to be found
Some thoughts are good
Some not so
On this dilemma you will know
Some thoughts are creative
Flowery and light
Some more academic
These need to be right
Thinking and thinking
Will expand your brain
Maybe even stopping the drain
Thinking to excess
May cause stress
Analysis can lead to paralysis
A friend once said
So do not forget
You do not want to regret
Thoughts are a gift
But what you may think
I may disagree
That is our individuality
Who am I talking about
Can you not see
It is everyone
Yes you and me
