Fifty Cent, the rapper, sang
“Get Rich or Die Tryin’.”
Fifty-fifty: half a chance.
Over fifty:  dyin’!
Golden is one's fiftieth anniversary.
Soft ****: the "Fifty Shades of Grey" Trilogy.
“Fifty Ways to Leave Your Lover,” “Fifty Dead Men Walking,”
Fifty stars for fifty nifty states. Time to stop talking!

Kidding,, I like the 50 / 50 chance of even making it in life the way we want too.. and about that 50 golden years, I can't wait for them to take place in my life. Andrea-You never fail to amaze and surprise me. I would think you'd be just about the last person to write about 50 Cent and Fifty Shades of Grey-especially in the same verse. I just love it!!! Natalie, I just googled those things. I knew all of them except the two you just spoke of. hahaha. Anyway, I would not mind reading the trilogy!! But rap is not for me.

I was humming that elementary school song by the time I was done reading this. You know the one where u learn the 50 states in alphabetical order?...fifty nifty United States...the 13 original colonies...remember that one?...Anyways, you captured the energy of this contest with an incredible entry!
