Thin Line

How can you hate the one you see
And love someone you can not see at all?
How can you love the one who's forgiven you,
Then hate someone because of their faults?

We all have fallen short of perfection.
Still, we are short with others when they fall,
Except when we trip over our own feet.
We want a hand and understanding thoughts.
