They Meet But Do Not Greet

They would each day meet But each other not greet, Along thrashing like a fleet, Their faces a blank sheet; Their pride some conceived feat … Sometimes from each other Moving farther and further, On galloping like a horse Showing off speed on a Death Course But prejudice enriching its heat, Reconciliation ‘A Never-To-Meet’, And their dreams ‘A Never-To-Beat … Let the whole world’s God’s Sheep bleat! Yet, this is all about Ego Two Guys just can’t let go, Every new day daring a burst To soon be declared The World’s Worst.
