They Know Where I Am

How do they do it?
I don’t understand;
Where ever I go,
They know where I am.

I was on a college campus
Just the other day;
Looking for the library,
I lost my way.
There in the Quad
I found a map
And they knew exactly
Where I was at.

I was driving my car
On a long trip;
Stopped in a rest area
To sleep just a bit.
I looked at the map
To see how far to go
And they knew where I was -
How did they know?

I am not talking
About electronic toys;
I mean the paper maps
Girls and boys.
I can be far
Or I can be near
And it’s printed on the map:
“You are here”!

Those rest area signs always tell us where we are, Joe, but wouldn't you be surprised if one day they started telling us WHO were were? Big Brother Highway Patrol always has an eye on us. LOL Funny poem Joe -- only you could think of this! Love, Carolyn
