THEY ALL LAUGHED
An acrostic sonnet
They all laughed when I told them How much I loved you. Everyone said we were too young. Yet, right from the start, I knew At your age, they told me Love is just in your head. Later you will see we were right. ater, we laughed at what they had said. All these years have passed and still Unwavering our love has been Golden wedding bells ring out. No one really knows whose marriage will last. Love must be in the mix. And when God is present in the union that bond, even when things get difficult, have a fighting chance. Congratulations on a beautiful write, Bryn!

Glad you did not liste. I did not either. We eloped from The Midwest to San Francisco in a snowstorm! I still wear the gold wedding band, though he has passed away long ago. Great poem…. Pangie
