These Were the Ballers

Flat screen televisions and rim spinners
Use to be a show of wealth

Gold chains and dinners
Excluded everyone else

Upstairs on round beds
Was where the magic happened

Sold out concerts with loud music
And all their fans were clapping

A fleet of cars
Identified the stars

The sky was the limit and
No place was too far

All white living rooms
Was the “Ah yeah” the boom- boom

Scar Face posters
Decorated the wall
This reminded them to always stand tall

Selling dope was over
And rap was in

Other rappers were rivals
But leeches were friends
