These Days Ii

some times I can't believe
I have found the way from there to here
every day I go about the day
every night I howl and I sway

these days

sketched into the trees and up into the skies
how I cherish the green glow of those eyes
the ease we accept each others un-ease

Each day I am astonished to find myself here again
so close to the cluster of stars you are
turning the light into a song, into a glance
along its trajectory we go streaming passed

bursting from the inside, my core collapsed
glowing bigger and bigger, alas
swelling from the center out
in an all consuming blast
